Welcome to Sadaf by Tala!
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our store and your purchase of our handmade seashell bags. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by the terms below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Product Description & Information

All products are handmade using natural seashells and individually crafted with care.
Please note:

  • Natural variations in shape, size, color, and texture may occur.

  • These unique traits are part of the product’s charm and are not considered defects.

  • Stock availability and production time may vary depending on demand.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity of your jurisdiction to place an order on our site. By doing so, you confirm that you meet all applicable legal requirements.

3. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

  • Prices do not include any VAT, import duties, or local taxes—buyers are responsible for any applicable fees.

  • Final prices and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout system.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other Shopify-supported methods.

  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled as each bag is made or prepared to order.

  • You will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order and expected processing timeline.

5. Processing Time

All orders require 2–3 business days to prepare before being shipped. Please note this is separate from the delivery timeframe.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide via trusted carriers such as DHL, Aramex, and others.

  • Estimated delivery time is:

    • Local: 2–5 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days

  • Shipping fees and estimated times are shown at checkout.

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.

  • We are not responsible for customs delays or import taxes; buyers are fully responsible for any such charges in their country.

7. Returns, Damages & Exchanges

Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our seashell bags:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery at tala.zabian@gmail.com, including clear photos of the item and packaging.

8. Care Instructions

To maintain the quality of your Sadaf by Tala bag:

  • Keep away from water, humidity, and prolonged sun exposure.

  • Do not overload or place heavy items inside.

  • Store in the original packaging or a dust bag when not in use.
    We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper use or storage.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this site—including product designs, photographs, logos, and written material—is the intellectual property of Sadaf by Tala.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy Policy

We collect and store only the personal information needed to process and ship your order. Your data is stored securely via our platform and is never shared with third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sadaf by Tala is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products. Use of this website and products is at your own risk.

12. User Conduct

By accessing this website, you agree to:

  • Not misuse the platform or engage in illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities.

  • Not attempt to access data, code, or functions not intended for you.

  • Not scrape, duplicate, or reproduce any part of the website or content without written permission.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions apply worldwide and are intended to comply with internationally accepted legal principles.

In the event of a dispute, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably. Where necessary, resolution will be subject to the applicable laws of the buyer’s local jurisdiction or an internationally recognized arbitration body.
